Dancers to be treated with respect, no touching, no bad language or heckling etc..the dancer will leave immediately should this occurs. It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure audiences are 'looked after'. It is advised the act is held early in the evening if alcohol is served.
Payment and dates etc will be confirmed in writing. Please allow 10 days for cancellations. It should be understood Bellydance and Burlesque are seperate arts and Bellydance does NOT involve any striptease at all. It is a traditional dance which involves children and adults of all ages although it can also be performed on stage. Burlesque might involve nudity (but might not...this is to be agreed), the emphasis is on tease and irony. Burlesque classes and events are not suitable for under 18s, over 16s accompanied by adult.
